Ukrainian esports organization, NAVI, has announced the reunion of their championship-winning team from Masters Copenhagen 2022. They have officially bid farewell to cNed and welcomed ardiis as his replacement. The team consists of former members of FunPlus Phoenix, a renowned squad in the EMEA region.
Ardiis and his former FPX teammates had split up and played in different regions during the VCT 2023 season. Ardiis joined NRG Esports in the Americas region, while four other FPX players were signed by Natus Vincere.
In 2022, Natus Vincere achieved a tied 3rd place at VCT LOCK//IN, while NRG secured 5th-8th place at the same event in São Paulo, Brazil.
Before parting ways, ardiis and his FPX teammates were considered one of the best Valorant teams globally. They emerged victorious in the VCT EMEA Stage 1 Challengers and finished as runners-up in the subsequent VCT EMEA Stage 2 Challengers. Their triumph continued at Masters Copenhagen 2022, where they defeated Paper Rex 3-2 in the grand final. They concluded the year with a fourth-place finish at Valorant Champions 2022.
The reunited NAVI roster, including ardiis, will kick off their VCT 2024 season in the EMEA League.
