T1 Signs Three New Players for Valorant Roster

superadmin

T1, the esports organization, has officially welcomed three new players to their Valorant roster for the VCT 2024 season. The team announced on September 12 that they have signed Lee “k1Ng” Seung-won, Ham “iZu” Woo-joo, and Kevin “xccurate” Susanto. These additions come after the departure of Byeon “Munchkin” Sang-beom, Joseph “ban” Seungmin Oh, and Kang “iNTRO” Seung-gyun from T1 at the start of the 2023 off-season.

Kevin “xccurate” Susanto, the older brother of Paper Rex’s star player Jason “f0rsakeN” Susanto, has transitioned to Valorant after dedicating seven years to CS:GO. He is widely recognized as one of Asia’s best Counter-Strike players, having represented teams such as Jakara Juggernauts and Recca Esports in Indonesia, as well as Team NKT and TYLOO internationally. During his time with TYLOO from 2018 to 2019, they achieved notable success, finishing second in the Asia Minor Championship Berlin 2019 and qualifying for two DreamHack Masters events.

Lee “k1Ng” Seung-won, a Korean Valorant pro, was part of Vision Striker’s historic Valorant roster that achieved a record-breaking 104 consecutive wins in 2021. He joined Gen.G Esports’ Valorant roster this year but the team decided to part ways with all players except for Kim “Meteor” Tae-O.

Ham “iZu” Woo-joo, an up-and-coming duelist main from Valorant Challengers League Japan, completes T1’s team for the VCT 2024 season. He showcased his skills as one of the best duelist mains in his region, finishing second in VCL Japan Split 2 with his team.

These three players will join former Overwatch stars Lee “Carpe” Jae-hyeok and Ha “Sayaplayer” Jung-woo, as well as former CS:GO pro Son “xeta” Seon-ho in T1’s upcoming VCT 2024 season. The active lineup and roles for each member have yet to be announced by T1.

T1’s Valorant Roster for VCT 2024:
– Kevin “xccurate” Susanto
– Lee “k1Ng” Seung-won
– Ham “iZu” Woo-joo
– Lee “Carpe” Jae-hyeok
– Ha “Sayaplayer” Jung-woo
