Mondstadt’s residents are going crazy for cards after the release of Genshin Impact’s Genius Invokation TCG.
In the Genshin TCG, players can build decks featuring their favorite 5-star and 4-star characters. These character cards have unique elemental skills and act as health bars during card battles.

You can obtain character cards by defeating specific characters in card duels. To access the duels, you must first complete the “Battlefield of Dice, Cats, and Cards” tutorial quest.
Here’s how to get character cards:
1. Interact with the bulletin board at Cat’s Tail and select “Invite Character.”
2. Send a Match Invitation Letter to the character you want to challenge.
3. Win the battle to receive the character’s card.
During the Genius Invokation tutorial quest, you will receive Kaeya, Diluc, Sucrose, and Fischl’s character cards for free.
There are two ways to obtain Match Invitation Letters in Genshin Impact:
1. Level Rewards: Every time you level up as a Genius Invokation player, you will receive one Match Invitation Letter as a reward. Check your experience and player level with Prince at Cat’s Tail to see your progress.
2. Card Shop: Prince’s Card Shop sells Match Invitation Letters as you level up. Once you reach level 5, you can purchase four Match Invitation Letters for 1,000 Lucky Coins each under the Purchase Provisions tab.
