Monkey D. Luffy – 30 million Berries
Monkey D. Luffy, the protagonist of One Piece, possesses the Gum-Gum Fruit superpowers and a boundless positivity. His dream is to assemble a crew, find the One Piece, and become the Pirate King. After defeating notorious pirates like Arlong and Kuro, Luffy earned an initial bounty of 30,000,000 Berries, the highest in East Blue.
Arlong – 20 million Berries
Arlong, a formidable fish-man pirate, controlled Arlong Park and Cocoyasi Village. His bounty amounted to 20,000,000 Berries.
Don Krieg – 17 million Berries
Don Krieg, with his fleet of 50 ships and fierce temper, posed a major threat in the pirating world. His distinctive appearance, featuring purple hair and golden armor, matched his ruthless nature. He aimed to dominate the treacherous waters of the Grand Line and had a bounty of 17,000,000 Berries.
Kuro – 17 million Berries
Captain Kuro, also known as “Kuro of a Hundred Plans,” was a cunning pirate who faked his own death to retire from piracy. However, he resurfaced with a sinister plan to steal a treasure. His bounty equaled 17,000,000 Berries.
Buggy – 15 million Berries
Buggy, the eccentric chaos clown, led the Buggy Pirates. With his clown makeup and the Chop-Chop Fruit powers, he aimed to discover the One Piece treasure. In the East Blue Saga, his bounty stood at 15,000,000 Berries.
Alvida – 5 million Berries
Alvida, the Captain of the Alvida Pirates, initially appeared as a large and unattractive pirate who terrorized others. Despite her loud and angry demeanor, she knew how to look cute on the high seas. Her bounty amounted to 5,000,000 Berries.
Dracule Mihawk – Bounty Canceled
Dracule Mihawk, known as Hawk Eyes, held the title of the “Strongest Swordsman in the World.” Roronoa Zoro saw him as the ultimate opponent to defeat in order to claim that title. Mihawk’s threat level was undeniable, especially with his possession of the legendary sword Yoru, one of the 12 Supreme Grade swords. However, his bounty was canceled in One Piece because he formed an alliance with the World Government, becoming one of the “Warlords of the Sea” and an official ally of the government.
