OG Esports has revealed their lineup for the upcoming Dota 2 season, combining experienced players with fresh talent in the European region.
Adrian “Wisper” Dobles, formerly of Evil Geniuses and beastcoast, will be replacing Dmitry “DM” Dorokhin. Matthew “Ari” Walker, previously with TSM, will take over Tommy “Taiga” Le’s position.
DM and Taiga left OG after their contracts expired at the end of the DPC 2023 season.
OG’s Dota 2 roster for the 2024 season:
– Artem “Yuragi” Golubiev
– Bozhidar “bzm” Bogdanov
– Adrián “Wisper” Dobles
– Matthew “Ari” Walker
– Sébastien “Ceb” Debs (captain)
– Mikhail “Misha” Agatov (coach)
Wisper and Ari will assume the offlane and position 4 support roles respectively. Yuragi, BZM, and Ceb will continue in their positions, with Ceb taking on the role of team captain.
The team’s main focus for the upcoming season is to build synergy, innovate, and provide thrilling experiences for their fans. OG aims to create memorable moments both in-game and beyond, staying true to their core values that have endeared them to the esports community.
OG is currently preparing for the 2024 season at Johan “N0tail” Sundstein’s Sunflower gaming mansion in Lisbon, where they are focusing on practice, skill development, and team cohesion.
The new roster will make their debut in the ESL Kuala Lumpur’s closed qualifier, starting on November 16.
