Pakistan’s representative, Atif “Atif Butt” Ijaz, emerged victorious in the Tekken 7 event at the International Esports Federation World Esports Championship 2023 (IESF 2023) held in Iași, Romania. With an undefeated run throughout the tournament, Atif showcased his exceptional Tekken skills against competitors from 90 countries.
In the grand final, Atif faced off against the talented Alexandre “AK” Laverez from the Philippines. Despite a strong comeback attempt from AK, Atif secured the championship title with a 5-2 victory in the best-of-nine series.
